PEPOP is a bioinformatics tool dedicated to the prediction of antigenic or immunogenic peptides (depends of the use). From the 3D structure of a protein, the algorithm identifies segments composed of continuous surface accessible residues. These segments are clustered according to their spatial vicinity: the clusters are proposed to be putative epitopes. Segments and clusters are used to design putatively immunogenic peptides (help page).
